What we provide

Hola provides AI-assisted, human-reviewed Spanish localization services. The Localization Audit + Sample Rewrite includes a review of one URL or up to 1,000 words across six risk areas, a sample rewrite of up to 250 words, and a recommended next step, delivered as a Google Doc. The Audit + Sample is a diagnostic and proof-of-value service. It is not a full translation, a full-page rewrite, SEO keyword research, a market research report, a competitor analysis, or website implementation.

Orders & payment

Orders are placed and paid through Stripe before work begins. Prices are listed in US dollars. After payment, you submit your content through our intake form so we can begin the work.

Delivery

The Audit + Sample is typically delivered within 2–3 business days after we receive your content and complete intake details. Timelines for one-off projects and retainers are agreed separately in writing.

Your responsibilities

• Provide content you have the right to share and have localized.
• Provide accurate intake details, including the target market and any brand or terminology preferences.
• Submit content in a usable format (URL, pasted text, file, or Google Doc link).

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you submit. Upon full payment, the deliverables we create for you are yours to use. We may retain copies for our records and may describe the general nature of the work in anonymized form unless you ask us not to.

Refunds

Because the Audit + Sample is a custom, made-to-order deliverable, it is generally non-refundable once work has begun. If something goes wrong on our end, contact us and we will make it right — typically by revising or re-delivering the work. Nothing here limits rights you may have under applicable law.

Recommendations & results

Our audits and rewrites reflect professional judgment about market-fit, clarity, and conversion. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as conversion rates or revenue, which depend on many factors outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the business evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above and apply to orders placed after that date.
